Adam J. Hardej Jr., MAI, ASA, MBA, is the Chief Appraiser of Greencrest Appraisals. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Hardej is recognized as a trusted valuation expert throughout Colorado and beyond. After earning his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance, he took on key leadership roles in the industry, including serving as a Regional Appraisal Manager for CBRE and managing a $500M real estate investment fund for Key Bank.
In 2002, Mr. Hardej launched what would become the foundation for Greencrest Appraisals — a specialized real estate services firm built on a mission to deliver high-quality appraisals across the full spectrum of property types. Today, Greencrest Appraisals stands as a collaborative venture, co-founded alongside partners Adam Hardej III and Nic Mahaney, combining decades of industry expertise with a shared commitment to precision and integrity in every valuation.
His background allows him to approach every assignment with both a macro-level investment perspective and the technical rigor required for accurate valuation.
